Program Review
Now that you have an understanding of the process, it is time to start gathering the documents that will help you get ready for and complete Chapter One and Chapter Two of the Self-Study report.
Documents for Program Review:
Program Review Guide #1
Getting Started (available here). This will detail what information needs to be presented to complete Chapter One.
Program Review Guide #2
Curriculum Review (available here). This will detail what information needs to be presented to complete Chapter Two.
Program Review Self-Study Template
This is the template for the Self Study report and will help you organize the information so your report is successful. (available here)
The Program’s Original Full Program Proposal (FPP)
Request it from Office of the Provost Curriculum. This is the document that was created and submitted to the government that allows KPU to offer the program. It details purpose, format, course load, and credential, among other things. This Document may or may not contain Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs) which will be central to the completion of Chapter One and Chapter Two.
The University Calendar
Course Outlines
Course outlines will list the Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) for all the discipline specific courses offered in your program. The CLOs are central to the completion of Chapter One and Chapter Two. (available here)
Discipline or Industry Specific Documents
These may include regulations, licensing requirements or membership requirements. Having these available will help with your Curriculum Review.
