Patterns
When determining the type of pattern you wish to work with when sewing you might consider either drafting your own pattern or working with a pre-made pattern which you might choose to alter for fit or design based on your preference.
Pattern Drafting Resources
If you are interested in drafting your own patterns it is recommended to work with pattern drafting rulers (as opposed to quilting rulers) and work with a sharp pencil to ensure your lines are straight and accurate. Below are a range of books and resources to support you in the process of drafting and altering your own patterns.
