Piroj describes her early years growing up in a very small cotton ginning town in Uganda, with only 5 Asian families of diverse cultures & religions living there. She fondly talks about how she enjoyed trying all the different cuisines. Even today, she recalls the fond memories of Uganda! Piroj visited Uganda with her children and grandchildren to show them their roots!
