In our hands-on program, you\u2019ll learn practical skills in business, fashion, communication and marketing, while making industry connections that will launch your career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After graduation, you can choose to take your career further by applying to ladder up into one of KPU\u2019s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree programs or a degree program in another faculty of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>&#8220;The Fashion Marketing program really did change my life.&#8221;<\/p><cite>Ali Sami<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"WSD\/Fashion Marketing Alum Ali Sami\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/737701302?dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"616\" height=\"347\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;My name is Ali Sami, and I took the Fashion Marketing program at the Wilson School of Design. So, I do remember being very interested in what my family and friends were wearing as a kid. From the age of like 10, I would be telling everyone what they needed to wear or kind of getting in the way of them wearing what they really wanted to wear. In high school, I began taking it a lot more seriously in terms of making it a real career.&nbsp;&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The Wilson School of Design stood out to me because of its ability to turn the two-year program into a degree. My current role right now, I work as the area HR Manager for Western Canada. And working in HR at Nordstrom, I do play a part in helping people really achieve their goals and so that could look like helping someone towards a career in leadership. And I love that. You get to meet a lot of different characters. It&#8217;s different every day. The Fashion Marketing program really did change my life. When I joined the program, I didn&#8217;t have a lot of confidence. I was quite sheltered and so going through the two years&nbsp;of the Fashion Marketing program, it really opened up my eyes into what I was able to do.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p> &#8221; It gave me a lot of confidence and it just showed me that if I had a goal, I can really set that goal and work towards it.
