Today was a free day, where we got to have some fun exploring and enjoying the beauty of Belize. Valerie Jenkinson, from Operators Without Borders, took us to Caye Caulker, a small Caribbean island off the coast of Belize.  It is a truly beautiful place and a day I will never forget! Back home now…
