Why important to me, Taste of India and origin??

Delhi was the birthplace of chole bhature in the 1940s. When combined with hot, spicy, and tangy chole curry, the crispy puffed bhature becomes impossible to resist. A dish that’s popular in the northern regions of the Indian subcontinent is chole bhature. I’ve always loved eating chole bhature because I was raised in a typical Punjabi family. My mother and Nani (my mother’s mother) prepared our family’s beloved chole bhature for almost every Sunday breakfast. It’s crucial to me because of her(Nani). She is very dear to my heart and is the only best friend I have in the entire world. Nani makes the bhature with a lot of love and her bhature is so soft and salty, melt right in my mouth when eaten with chole. Every time when I miss my Nani, I just start craving for chole bhature and her recipe makes the best fluffy and chole cooked in aromatic spicy sauce.  One of the most well-known Punjabi dishes, Chole Bhature, also referred to as Chana Bhatura, is enjoyed largely throughout India. Bhatura is a soft and fluffy fried leavened bread, and Chole is a spiced, tangy chickpea curry. Chola Bhatura are always a tasty and satisfying meal option. The bhature is the centerpiece of this dish, and the steamy gravy is its perfect match. The right food can lift our spirits, and that food is this.

This is how it looks when first time i make chole bhature.
