ePortfolio Matters in Science

Sustainable Agriculture (AGRI)

Following program review, KPUs Sustainable Agriculture program has been partnering with the Centre for Educational Transformation to operationalize their Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) which recommended exploring the integration of eportfolios in the program. ePortfolio Champion, Dr. Alex Lyons, was tasked with investigating just how to accomplish this. Dr. Lyons started small, creating a signature assignment for her AGRI 2250 (Agriculture and Food Systems in British Columbia) course. She later followed up with a workbook for AGRI 1130 (Indigenous Perspectives in Food Systems).
